Resitaatio (recitation) is a 10-channel looped audio installation which is spread to the exhibition space with tactile transducer speakers attached to a wooden (pinewood, plywood, birch, oakwood), plastic and styrofoam boxes. Cycle of the audio piece is 20 minutes and it is formed out of field recordings, sinewaves, electronically created sounds and white noise.
The boxes contain various materials: beeswax, flowers, metalplate, cotton handkerchiefs, Swizzels Snap and Crackle Chew Bar, cardboard, metal bells, eye rinse cups, copper, cotton fabric treated with wax, pine cone and various other gifted and found objects. One of the wooden boxes is placed on top of a heating carpet.
